Jill has been active in sports and health fitness during her entire life. She began her competitive career as a gymnast at the age of five, and continued athletics throughout school. These activities developed her passion for a strong, healthy body and mind. From childhood to the present day she has lived by her father's words that "You can do anything you put your mind to."

As a new mom, Jill has found it increasingly more important to remain healthfully active. It's so easy to get caught-up and pulled in every direction, doing more for others and not enough for YOU. She believes that everyone needs to take time to focus on themselves. Life seems easier and more enjoyable when you feel good.

Jill graduated with a bachelor of science degree from the University of Wisconsin - Stout, majoring in Business Administration but she seemed to always know that the high heels of sales and marketing would someday be traded for tennis shoes. With the support of her husband, Jill went on to earn her personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has not looked back since.

Jill's approach is about developing a relationship first, and then building a lifestyle.  Jill and each client, will create a personalized plan and will choose the most appropriate for a workout...whether it be in their own home, at a park or in the gym.  Jill believes that it is easier to focus on training when a comfort level has been achieved.
