Working full-time while working on my MBA made it hard to get to the gym or get motivated. I wanted to get in better shape but found myself unable to reach my goals at the gym. I needed an extra push! Jill's one-on-one sessions kept me on a fitness regimen that worked with my schedule. She would find parks to meet at that were on my way home from work, which helped me from going home and getting lazy. Best of all, she pushed me to excel beyond where I'd usually give up in a work-out. I built strength and endurance while losing weight. As a working professional and mother of 2, finding time to work out seemed almost impossible. I bought a treadmill thinking if I worked out at home, it'd be easier to squeeze it in around time with my kids and making dinner for my family. Instead, the treadmill got better use as a drying rack for laundry. I would find excuses not to work out or I would only last about 10-20 minutes before I'd lose motivation or get distracted by household chores. Jill's on-location training changed all of that for me. She comes to my house and sets up meetings around my schedule so I can accomplish an intense work out in the comfort and convenience of my own home. After having 2 children, I was having a tough time losing the last of the baby weight and Jill helped me get back to fitting into my pre-baby jeans! Not only am I fitting into clothes better but I have toned arms, legs and butt....everything just looks more in place. I love it! I'm able to reach my fitness goals without leaving my house. I work out religiously but I needed a challenge and that's where Jill came in. I train with Jill a few times a month to really push my fitness to the limit. I can see the difference in my muscle tone, endurance and the way I look. She helped me put focus on different muscles and find new and unique ways to strengthen my body and get me out of my routine.

I also referred Jill to one of my friends that never worked out before. My friend went from hating the gym to actually enjoying fitness.
